Merrion Road Hotel Project Update: McAleer and Rushe get ready for a 350cu.m concrete pour on the first floor transfer structure, as works continue to make good progress on the new Merrion Road hotel, for Dalata Hotel Group.
The project is a redevelopment of the old Tara Towers hotel site and will deliver a new 140 bedroom 4-star Maldron hotel and 69 residential units.
The buildings will rise from 4-8 storeys and will offer fantastic views over Booterstown Marsh and Dublin Bay towards Howth Head
