The Northern Cross development has been carried out in phases since c.2000 and is a hugely successful mixed use urban centre on Dublin’s north fringe and is a cornerstone of the Clongriffin – Belmayne LAP
Block 2 will deliver 191 residential units in a single block, comprising up to 9 storeys over basement, and will see completion of the west face of the urban park at the centre of Northern Cross.
