Great start to 2018 for BMCE!

An Bord Pleánala has recently granted permission for a new student accommodation development at University College Dublin.

A historic first Grant of Permission under the new Strategic Housing Development process in Ireland, the project will deliver state of the art accommodation, amenity, and retail facilities on UCD’s Belfield Campus.

BMCE acting as Civil & Structural Consulting Engineers, are proud to have assisted the wider design team in navigating the planning process, and look forward to bringing the project to fruition on site over the coming years.
