Service Provided Civil & Structural Engineering Designer with regard to Temporary works design and Demolition Methodology.

Demolition of large and tall (circa 50m) existing concrete structures which were part of the old flour mill. Stabilisation of the old stone buildings which were part of the original mill structure. The stabilisation works allowed removal of the existing floors and roof during the refurbishment works.

Design of all temporary works required to stabilize the old stone mill building along with associated risk assessments and methods statements.
