The project involved the construction of a dramatic two-storey property with a relatively light ground floor construction with glass clad exterior. The building was constructed using a steel frame with infill timber floors and roofs and concrete elements for the external upper terrace areas. The upper level brick facades over hung the perimeter and soffit level brickwork was constructed using proprietary supports.
Feature staircase included a light steel system with cantilevered glass balustrades.
External features on the site included timber screened walls incorporating an encapsulated steel frame system, external permeable paving, gravel polishing filter and rainwater harvesting systems.
