The project involved the design and construction of a new build, 5-storey, 149-bedroom hotel with associated great room and meeting rooms together with 185 carpark spaces on a greenfield site of almost 1 hectare.
The works included the construction of associated car parking, as well as an underground adaptable pumping station by Thames Water. The project was designed with a precast frame, bathroom PODS and all finishes.
