Project: The Morgan Hotel

The Morgan Hotel consists of 3 separate buildings which are 4 storey over basement located on Fleet street in Temple bar.

The first being a 1950’s, 3 storey over basement, RC frame which has previously undergone a one storey extension of a steel frame and block and beam floor. The second is a 1990’s steel frame with composite deck floors. The third was built in 2004 and consists of RC walls with an RC ground floor slab and precast floors above.

The  project is undergoing a one storey extension and an extension to the rear. This will increase the hotel capacity from 132 room to 168 rooms.
