Project: Waterford Primary Care Centre

The main project invloves the construction of a three storey Primary Care Centre building on the grounds of St. Otteran’s Hospital in Waterford City.
The main civil engineering aspects of the project involves the construction of an approximately 700m long public access road through the existing campus, including an internal roundabout, along with the realignment of the Upper Grange Road to facilitate a new entrance to the campus. Due to the size of the site, two separate attenuation tanks and petrol interceptors are being provided.
A 200 space car park, comprising permeable paving, is also included as part of the development to serve the Primary Care Centre building.
