Construction of 1 of the 2 blocks of apartments on Hole in the Wall road is continuing with construction up to upper basement and ground floor level.
Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers are providing structural consultancy services for the basement, ground floor and 1st floor RC insitu part of the scheme, with fully precast concrete construction above these levels.

This work includes:
•Construction of 2 separate residential apartment blocks incorporating a total of circa 413 no. apartments.
•Dual level basement car park under half of each blocks footprint.
•Precast construction from ground floor/1st floor to roof level which includes precast brick insulated wall panels, hollowcore floor units, precast stairs etc.
•Insitu RC transfer slabs.
•All civil works associated with apartment blocks and site.
